                     <p>In the manuscript's register, a <name type="person" key="ThoJon029">Þórður Jónsson</name> á
                           <placeName>Strandseljum</placeName> is mentioned as the writer of the manuscript. Þórður's handwriting
                        is on folios <locus from="1r" to="48v"/>. The register lists folios <locus from="49r" to="66v"/> as a separate part. They are in another hand, and the
                        watermarks differ from those in the first part.</p>
                     <p><name type="person" key="PalPal003">Páll Pálsson</name> stúdent has provided the missing parts of the
                        sagas and written their titles on notes placed at the relevant parts in the manuscripts.</p>
