Bound in 19th century brown marbled paper boards. Gilt border on front and back covers; gilt stars along spine. Gilt title tooled into red label on spine: "SOGUBROT". Provenance label affixed to foot of spine: "Nykjöbing Cath.-Skole Bibliothek." Fore-edges painted blue.
