  • Scholarly notes and additions to the text in the margins, mostly for chapters. Johan Peringskiöld wrote on the verso-side of the third front-flyleaf: "Johann Peringer mppria". The innermost flyleaf in the front and the back used to be a bifolio. On the outside, there are traces of pencil writing, possibly a letter. On the former front cover, there are three stickers with the shelf mark. On the recto-side of the first back-flyleaf, there are expansions to some common abbreviations, possibly by the same hand as the marginalia.
Moderately decorated (later)
Marbelled paper on cardboard. The spine and the corners are in white leather. On the spine the shelfmark is imprinted with golden letters. A former binding is preserved and now counted as flyleaves.
