Marginalia by Ketill Jörundsson and Árni Magnússon, red marks and underlining.
Árni Magnússon noted the following on a slip of paper pasted to the front of the manuscript: "þattr af Giafaref og Dala fiflum sem almanniliga so kallaz er allr contractior enn Hrolfs saga Gautrekssonar oc excluðerar nesten allt um þa Norsku filkis konunga hndlar ellers um þad sama sem Hrolfs saga og endaz med hennar Capite mihi. 14." He also wrote fol. 25.
In the outer margin of the first six folios, the scribe wrote names of characters, e.g. on fol. 6v: "Harallr Vinlandskongr/ Älfhilldr dötter hans/ Helga dötter Gauts kongs og Älfhilldar." He also notes the number of every new chapter and verses in the margin.
Fols. 26-27 are smaller leaves (8vo) which were added later to fill in the lacuna in the text; fol. 27r (8vo) is crossed out.
Fol. 25 is a little slip with text on the added leaves by Árni Magnússon.
