The second exemplar is most likely a now lost manuscript derived from AM 9 fol., possibly another copy of AM 12 b fol. when it was still complete (cf. Slay 1960, p.104). The manuscript contains the first half of the text of Hrólfs saga kraka and was written to complement the text in AM 12b, fol. (cf. Slay 1960, p.102).
