Info: The main text is written in hum cursiva. Chancery is used for rubrics and headings. According to Suhm's note on the title pages, the text is written by "Magnussen". Kålund assigned this manucsript to the same scribe as NKS 1161, but the two scripts are, in fact, different. Instead, it is most likely the same scribe as in NKS 1179, for which Kålund gives no scribal information (cf. Kålund 1900, pp. 128-130, 499). The hand also occurs in Kall 620 4to, which Kålund assigns to "a well known Icelandic scribe".
