  • Occasional marginalia throughout. Note on fol. 1v reads: "Collatum cum codice Regio in recentissima membrana, quo hic sæpius longe completior est." The text has been collated with GKS 1002 fol. Marginal notes are in three hands, two of which are unidentified. One unknown hand may be contemporary, with a second, later hand adding further notes in a lighter ink. From 168v the notes are in the hand of Árni Magnússon. Several items in both the Old Norse and the Latin texts are underlined. Extensive emendations in the Latin version on fols. 99r-103r.

Bound in late 19th or early 20th century marbled boards. According to Kålund, the MS was previously bound in MS waste containing text from Jónsbók.
