Extensive notes and additions in the margins. Fols. 25 and 40 are additions (small slips). On fols. 174v and 175v, there are verses and names added; among others: "JonJonsson".

Moderately decorated (contemporary)

Darkened parchment on wooden boards with affixed metal clasp in the middle. The binding was lined with Icelandic private letters which since become loose, so the pastedowns are counted as flyleaves.
